The product is indicated for use in soft tissue defects due to a variety of causes, including wounds with tendon or bone exposure and wounds with contamination or potential infection.

The product is resistant to infection, and the high homology of the basement membrane provides a template for granulation growth in tendon- and bone-exposed wounds, enabling specific regeneration of the defective tissue; at the same time, the product has high bioactivity, very low immunogenicity, and creates a microenvironment that guides tissue regeneration.
