ExceFil™ Biological Wound Dressing System is an advanced wound care device system comprised of sheet and granulated forms of basement membrane. It is designed for partial and full-thickness wounds, pressure ulcers, venous ulcers, diabetic ulcers, chronic vascular ulcers, tunnel/undermined wounds, surgical wounds (donor sites/ grafts, post-Mohs surgery, post-laser surgery, podiatric, wound dehiscence), trauma wounds (abrasions, lacerations, second-degree burns, and skin tears), and draining wounds.


ExceFil™ Biological Wound system is intended to provide tailored strategy of wound management for patients. The ExceFil™ Biological Wound particulate can be used individually or combined with sheets to provide tactile pliability and rapid regenerative environment for wound beds.
